I called and spoke to Sandra. I told her several times what vehicle and trim model I wanted. She confirmed that the vehicle was in stock and that I could come in and look and purchase it the next day. I came in soon after they opened with $9,000 to purchase said vehicle. Only to find out that the only vehicle they had that matches my description had been sold 4 months ago but also that the model on the floor that she told me was available was not the trim I'd inquired about. I don't appreciate rearranging my entire day only to find out that not only had I not been heard but that I was not able to purchase the vehicle I wanted. I am not happy and I have been extremely inconvenienced. This is not good customer service.
