This dealership is super friendly and can always get me in for service. They always come talk to me about any issues with the car and give me options. I’m always happy when I leave!

No budging on price. When I asked about the Honda warranty I was given a vague answer and was told by sales person that he didn’t really no and didn’t find out. When the car was taken to get cleaned it was done in like 10 minutes. I feel if I purchase a used car it should be detailed. Anytime I have purchased a new or used vehicle from a dealership I was always given the car with a full tank of gas. I thought that was what the sales person was doing because we waited for him to go put gas in the car, which should have been done because I told him when I was going to pick up the vehicle. He put maybe $10.00 in it. While we were waiting for a long time we got to watch this girl and guy that worked there flirt with each other the whole time. Throwing, which looked like a coin and going to pick it up. we finally walked down to the salespersons desk and he was there. He never let us know he was back. I didn’t even feel like they appreciated our business. By the way the girl that worked at the desk, her skirt was way to short. I don’t normally write reviews but this was the least professional experience I have ever had at a car dealership. On the other hand, I am writing a review to the bank that gave me the loan because the sales person was very professional and very efficient. He also appreciated my business.

I bought a 2002 Honda CVR sixteen years ago from Saco Honda and was very happy and delighted with the salesman, the service and the car. Returned to now Prime Honda only to discover such helpful people, excellent service and endless patience during the buy process.

After having my prior car for 11 years - it was time to look into a new car. I searched a few places and a few different makes and models of small SUVs. I went to a couple of local dealers and by far Prime was the most personable and attentive that I experienced. Suzanne was great - keeping in touch with me - listening to me and making sure I knew all the ins and outs and all that my new car had to offer. She went through everything from top to bottom and made me feel special - like I was her most important customer and her only customer that mattered. She held my hand and gave me great advise and made sure I was happy and well taken care of. From keeping my friend and I hydrated during our wait and even finding a sandwich to make sure we weren't hungry. I enjoyed her personality and professionalism and her enthusiasm. It was making a new friend and getting a good deal all in one. Scott from finance was fantastic - he explained everything thoroughly and completely so I was comfortable and understood everything I needed to. He did all of this with great personality and made me feel comfortable and it was kinda fun.

Very knowledgeable, low pressure dealers. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Will definitely recommend Prime to friends and family. Would do business in the future. Thank you very much!

Excellent service, told it would be 60 to 80 minutes, only took only 30 minutes. Dealership is very clean and has a great waiting room.

Today my car went in for the 4th time, see band for a tie pressure light and dealt with Nichol😁 she's amazing sweet and explained everything precisely. Every time i go in and see her she's always kind. I feel bad that she gets bad ratings from anyone because it's not their fault the car has problems and for anyone to give a review about anything other than how they were treated that's not right. She's an asset to your service team and deserves the redirect I've personally seen her give to all.Thank you

I’ve never owned a Honda and have always just gone to quick turn oil change places but decided to take care of this ride with a proper oil change. Ran into my salesman and we spoke for a few minutes - glad I bought mine at Prime. Such nice people! Even my doggo was allowed in the waiting area 🐶🐾
