Engine light on, set up check on Saturday and was rescheduled for Wednesday, waiting for parts to come in, snowed that night parts didn't make it in, had to wait until friday for car to be fixed.

Just make sure you get in writing what they promise.. the advertised so call deals and freebies aren?t quite what they say they are.. kinda subject to interpretation

unwilling to help fix known defect

I came in for a diagnostic for a rattling and oil change, and they sent me on my way after saying that the rattling was just low oil. When I came in, they said that they would waive the diagnostic charge if it was just the oil, but then came back and charged me half the diagnostic charge and said that the oil did seem to be low though so I should get the more expensive oil change that included an engine performance additive. After driving a few miles down the road, the rattling started again and was worse, and my car started jerking when trying to accelerate from a stoplight so I headed back to the dealership. I thought I may not be able to make it back. They obviously didn?t really do a good diagnostic the first time, and then they told me that my transfer case was bad and that it could have damaged my transmission. They said they wouldn?t know about the transmission until they took off the transfer case which would be $600 just to remove. They ended up quoting me another $1000 for the transfer case part and $6000 more to replace the transmission. After researching online, it appears that the issue with the transfer case is a known defect with a range of model years of the cx-9 that Mazda never recalled. However, they would not really do anything for covering the cost of repair. So now I am left with basically having to get a new vehicle due to extensive costs of repair of a 2010 cx-9 with 120k miles.

No callback!

Had a pleasant buying experience when I purchased my CX-9 years ago. Service has always been good, until recently. Last week I called twice about a service estimate & was transferred both times..both times to voice mail. Left a message both times & I cant get a call back! Very poor on your part Capital Mazda! I will be buying a new vehicle next year & it wont be from Capital Mazda!

Capital Mazda - Cary, NC Review of Services

Juan Martinez was my customer service rep. He was very helpful, professional and efficient in providing me with the information I needed during this visit. He went above and beyond in letting me know of other services my car needed in the future. Because of my age and living on a fixed income it is very important to me that the dealership provide quality service to me at a reasonable price. This dealership is the only car service facility I have used since buying my car new in 2012.

Great customer service from start to finish

I purchased a slightly used, Mazda MX-5 Club, through John Melms. John (salesman) did a great job showing me the car and working through the process. Additionally, the manager (John ?) was very helpful and committed to resolving an issue that enabled me to get the car that I wanted from another dealer at a price I was happy with. Finally, when I discovered a flaw in the paint on the hood of the car, Cory Washington, was great in working to get the car restored to pristine like condition.
