I have dealt with Kocourek in the past and they are an excellent dealership. No stuffy people there. They understand you and don't make you feel below them but above them.

While visiting from Tucson AZ our vehicle got hit in Minn. While visiting relatives in Wausau with our rental car we stopped and met Jim at the Nissan store. We purchased a new Altima as Jim was a friendly professional with no pressure sales tactics.

The salesman did not explain the car fax. I had to have my like new car serviced 5 times for repair already in the lst 1 1/2 years. (Head gasket). Told me at purchase it was a trade-in when they bought it from auction. I was also told by service that the head gasket was because of the raditor postion in the vehicle which causes thecoolant to evaporate. Whatever lies lies lies lies. I will Never never never ever ever ever ever buy a vehicle from any dealership related with kocourek.

I picked out the car I wanted. Thought the best financing was through my own bank. Turns out my own bank would not even finance me. Talked to Toni, gave her my information she called me back an hour later and said to come pick it up. To top it off financing was cheaper than what my own bank was advertising. ! That's great service! I love my Altima!

I went to kocourek because I wanted to buy a car from a dealer that would last me a while and I was tired of buying cars from owners that kept breaking down. BIG MISTAKE. I told kocourek that I had a strict price limit of 10,000 dollars, including tax title and license. Appearently 10 thousand in my book is 13 thousand in their book! I have never purchased a car from a dealer before and had no one with me so I was alone on this one. And boy did they take advantage of it. I went back up to them a couple weeks after I purchased my car and asked if their was anything they could do to help me get lower payments or a cheaper car and they made no effort to try and help me, they told me their was nothing they could do so I am on my own. I am 19 and they could have at least cut me some slack. Thanks to them, I now had to move back into my parents because I cannot afford my car payments and live on my own too. I will NEVER go back to them. They don't care about you at all, they only care about your money. Oh and another thing, one of the cars I looked at I asked if they would go down in price, and knowing that I am only 19 and the probably didn't know anything about buying cars, told me that they don't lower the prices on any of their cars, that the price that is on them is as low as they will go. I may not be too smart with buying cars but I am not that stupid. I would be ashamed if I worked for them
