jacob was great. straight shooter. kept his word on phone conversations. we got the car we wanted at the price we expected. nice experience!

We bought a new Forte for cash over a month ago. The salesman offered to deliver the car to home because our experience at the dealership was so unpleasant. We signed the docs, handed over the check (now cashed) and we were told that the docs would arrive in 2 days. Since then it the docs have always been two days away. Visits and calls to the dealership result in "the docs will come in 2 days". They never do. The car is great. The dealership is terrible.

We purchased our new Kia from the Fiesta Kia dealership in Indio Ca. last December…. Today we stopped by to get some tutorial assistance ….. we met with one of the sales staff, Erasmo Elmo, he was very helpful and friendly! THANK YOU ERASMO !!!!

Watch out for the scammers at this dealership, I went in and asked them what they would offer me for a trade in on my car and they offered $10,000 less than what I can get on CarMax. I told the sales guy that before we do anything I need to know what they can offer me before I commit to anything, he said we will not do anything, that was a lie. He went and stood around for almost an hour between the 2 times he came to see me, and, in the meantime, they ran my credit even though I told the salesperson not to do anything and then he proceeds to tell me that I signed the paper and he never said anything about not running my credit. I am not a desperate person that needs a car today and I would never recommend anyone buying a car from such an untrust worthy company.

Great pricing and maybe more important Jimmy was very clear and transparent on pricing. Much appreciated especially when other dealers are listing low prices and then adding massive "market adjustment" fees and hiding other adders like security or paint coating into the pricing. They also managed the transaction remotely and delivered the vehicle out of state.

This is by far the best Kia dealership in the Coachella Valley..period! They have the largest inventory and best prices in town. The staff provides exceptional customer service and makes sure you get a great deal. This will be my go-to Kia dealership for years to come. I was impressed how knowledgeable the Fiesta Ford staff was about all their new and used vehicles. The sales staff gave me all the information I needed. Overall outstanding customer service. The Sales Rep responds to emails but I only hear from him every couple of days and he is not giving me information on the car.
