Great Customer Service!

Always great Customer service. Guy, in the service department is always very friendly and helpful. Good customer service can be hard to fine but you have managed it. So thanks to Guy for always being great to work with!!

Love My Honda

I went in for an oil change. Ended up getting the whole meal deal done at one place for $800, so am ready to put another 50,000 miles on my wonderful and awesome HRV!! The last time I went to the Couer d'Alene dealership where the salesmen take turns bringing in the daily donuts, which was a nice touch after the long drive!!

Basic service

The only concern I had is that the service took a little longer than anticipated. Was a little surprised as I had made an appointment to reduce wait time. Also, there should be some type of coupon or credit when the vehicle is not washed, as marketed when buying the Clary Service.
