I had greasy handprints all over inside my truck and a
I had greasy handprints all over inside my truck and a scuff in the leather on my drivers side door. For an 80k truck that was purchased from Ray Dennison I expected more from a $145 oil change. Also, no fluids were topped off which I though was common procedure.

We received great customer care from our salesman, Nate Smith. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from him at Ray Dennison Buick GMC. He is friendly and personable, yet a very professional salesman who was knowledgeable and helpful. He made the sometimes frustrating experience of trading in our truck and purchasing a new vehicle into a very pleasant timely experience. We were able to drive our beautiful 2025 GMC Sierra home that afternoon. The service department has always been very pleasant and accommodating also. We highly recommend Ray Dennison GMC in Pekin.
