New Buick Cascada

My very first Buick and very first convertible and I am in love love love!!!! The Cascada is so sporty and luxurious with all the extras that I am floored I am able to own such a car! The Hilton Head Dealership is great and knows how to take care of their customers. I feel like part of a big family with Hilton Head Auto!

Great service!

Great service! Fixed my vehicle in a timely manner! Friendly associates. They took the time to assess the problems and corrected them. I was provided with a loaner vehicle.

Not Pleased

I have brought my car to HHA on a few other occasions, but just for an oil change. This time, I actually needed service and I was rather disappointed. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday evening, the work was completed on Wednesday and I was unable to pick my truck up until Friday. And only after I reached out to the warranty company myself to coordinate getting the invoice to them and payment to HHA. Also, I requested a loaner car and was told that there weren't any loaners available. Before I left that evening, another customer requested a loaner and quietly received one. A White Enclave that I noticed on the lot 2 hours earlier when I was told that there weren't any loaners. Not pleased at all!!! Finally, on Friday when I arrived to pick up my car, I paid the deductible and was directed to my truck. My truck was filthy. You guys didn't even wash my truck, check the fluid levels or any of the complimentary services that most customers expect when picking up their vehicle after being serviced. The best part of the experience quite honestly was the gentleman that picked me up in the dealership shuttle.

Good service, very experienced personnel.

This is Avery professional service dept. from making the appt. to the estimate and to the quality of the repair. I will definitely tell everyone I know.

Satisfied Customer

I have just leased my 3rd red Cadillac SRX.....by far my favorite car ever. Because I am short, the adjustable gas/brake pedal feature is one that I can't do without! Tony Sundling at Hilton Head Automotive has been outstanding. He is very knowledgeable about his products and very personable to deal with as well. I would rate my customer satisfaction a "Big 10....or, Over the Top"!!

Great service - promptly completed

We brought our Buick Lacrosse in for an oil change. We were told it would take about 60 - 75 minutes. We left the dealership to do some shopping and were pleasantly surprised when we received a phone call about 50 minutes later to let us know the car was ready.

Jeff Weber and all of your staff were truly excellent, professional, kind, concerned and delivered all that they promised and even more. We have been buying Caddies since our 2001 Deville, and our 2009 and 2008 DTSs, and we are pleased with our 2015 purchase. Great Customer Service!

I have been a customer now since 2012. I am always treated with courtesy and friendliness. Mike has been awesome, patient, professional and overall really helpful!
