I walked into the dealership and no one seemed to want to

I walked into the dealership and no one seemed to want to help me at first! Multiple sales rep sat and ignored me and my partner! Not a great feeling! Aaron Gomez who was on a call at the time ended his call to help me and was a great sales rep I truly appreciate him as well as Cindy Baxter in finance!l Cindy and Aaron are amazing! I was also told that I was unable to trade my vehicle (said title issue) but multiple dealerships that I went to before coming to Land Rover Jaguar had no problem taking the trade and had no issues with title.

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding my

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding my recent experience at your dealership. Unfortunately, within just a few hours of purchasing my first vehicle, it developed serious mechanical issues. While I appreciated being allowed to trade it in for another vehicle, I was dismayed to encounter the same situation again — the replacement vehicle also developed mechanical problems within hours of purchase. As of now, the second vehicle is scheduled to be in the shop for over a week and a half. This has left me without reliable transportation and has caused significant inconvenience. While your staff has been cooperative, the fact that two vehicles in a row experienced mechanical failures raises questions about the inspection and quality assurance processes in place.
