Dwain Taylor Chevrolet Buick GMC

My wife was in the market for a used, low mileage Chevrolet Camaro at a good price. I reviewed all the available vehicles on Cars.com and found an AWESOME 2018 model at Dwain Taylor Chevrolet in Murray, Kentucky. The vehicle had all of the features and options that my wife wanted in a car. I made telephone contact with Chad Fritsche, the internet Sales Manager. Chad was very friendly, professional and easy to work with. We agreed on a sales price and trade in price of my vehicle fairly quickly. Once we had agreed on the price, Chad was very accommodating in getting the Camaro delivered to us for a test drive and inspection of the vehicle. Since we live about 100 miles away from the dealership (in Tennessee) Chad made arrangements to have the Camaro delivered to us. Dave Ellis, another friendly employee @ the dealership drove the vehicle to us. We inspected and drove the Camaro and were VERY SATISFIED with it's condition and extremely low mileage (6,000 miles). I agreed to purchase the vehicle after working out the financing with John Lee, their finance manager. John is another GREAT and friendly employee who was able to get me a low interest rate on my loan. I can't say enough wonderful things about the employees @ Dwain Taylor Chevrolet. I have purchased ALOT of vehicles in my lifetime and I must say that this was the BEST vehicle purchase that I have ever done. I felt very comfortable working with Chad and John. I did not feel pressured to purchase from them and they were both very honest and responsive employees. It's too bad that all car dealerships cannot model themselves after Dwain Taylor Chevrolet, because they are simply the BEST! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dealership to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. Thanks again to Chad, John and Dave for making this car buying experience the BEST!

Great experience! No pressure here. Jerry was focused on helping us figure out the best options for what we needed. Everyone was very helpful and the purchase process was smooth and easy. Prices here seemed to be better than others in the area as well
