Dealer needs to refine and improve the procedures that would allow the salesperson to be more efficient and better able to manage their time. Improving the process would move the customer thru the system of buying a vehicle much quicker. JB did an outstanding job even with the roadblocks that exist under the current system..couldn’t ask for a better sales agents than JB and Deondre!!

Wasted half a day because of low ball offers on my trade in due to appraiser saying my vehicle had issues that it did not have. And when I say low ball offer I mean $10k below rough trade in. Hard telling how many other people they have taken advantage of using the same tactics. The vehicle I was purchasing was in good shape and priced right so I bought it out right instead.
