Terrible customer service with a capital T.

Terrible customer service with a capital T. Jack the salesman who contacted me back simply stopped communicating. Very unprofessional. Definitely will not purchase from this dealer. Just comical how bad Jack is expecting to make a sell. Didn't even try. Why would the dealership even hire this clown? Kayla was very professional i have to admit that. I think Jack saw that more cash was needed to make a deal because he figured i wouldn't go forward. But not even asking was the issue. I think Kayla was caught in between Jacks xx so I'm not putting any fault on her. She was very nice and wanted to make things right. She would be the only person there I'd work with period.

I purchased a 2025 Chevrolet 1500 rst. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. The sales person was perfect. They were very friendly and professional. Great price below MSRP. That make the process easy and fast. They are also very knowledgable and answered all of my questions and concerns. Highly recommend.
