Waited 7 days for a loaner car (not an issue). Marty called me every single day informing me if the loaner was ready or not. He was very gracious with my tight work schedule. I am highly disappointed.
I am highly disappointed. I had to pay 1274.00 today for brakes for front and back on a car I purchased with 9000 miles on it and now has 14, 541 miles because the rotors and pads were so bad. I only did 3 car payments on this car and there is no way that that much damage could have happened in that short of time. I did research and there is no way this could have happened so when I brought the car the brakes were not 100 percent from a dealership. Also I thought when we purchased the car we were supposed to get 3 services free . Why did I have to pay for an oil change and tire rotation? The gentleman I spoke to offered no explanation when I talked to him on the phone. Very disappointed and I will not be doing business with Ira ford if that is the kind of service I get after spending 29,000 on a car. My son Gino was going to buy a car from you, but that will not be happening. The guy gave us an attitude when we told him that we came to this service center after scheduling an appointment for 8:30am, which we then got another email that it was switched to 11, but the guy then kept saying we were at the wrong place. 0 for service, 0 for customer service.

We are sorry for the confusion about the appointment. There was no appointment in our system so he may have assumed it was booked elsewhere being a Nissan. During the multi-point inspection, the technician found the brakes were sticking in the slides, so they wore out faster than normal which happens with low mileage vehicles in salt belt states. When it went through the shop in April 2025 the brakes were fine and measured at about 8mm thickness. I do see you have the 3-oil changes. Andy was great and transparent on all service related items and repairs the were required! He understood the urgency of repairs and continued to communicate as the day went on. He was also helpful on transportation to and from the dealership.
