Terrible customer service. Sales people and management lie. Waste of time going to this dealership. Said car was available and drove all the way down for it not to be here.

They took their time to ensure everything was corrected and kept me informed along the way. I had the pleasure of dealing with Frank and cannot say enough about him. Excellent customer service! I went in today to see about trading in my vehicle( which was bought here a few years back) for a new one. The salesman I had was rude and rushing the whole time like he was due to go to lunch or something. I Know most people don't like their jobs, but this was ridiculous, he had attitude and acted like he didn't really wanna be bothered. Maybe this person had sold so many cars they didn't need to be nice anymore, the last time I bought a vehicle here the lady was excellent and I hoped to see her today. Instead I got her opposite.

I had a problem with my Ram truck since the day I purchased it from another South Jersey dealer sport dodged help me fix the problem and I'd like to thank John in the service department for an excellent job done not only did he fix the problem that the other South South Jersey Ram truck dealer could not but he did it quickly on time and followed up to make sure it was right if you need to purchase a truck or car or need service on an existing car or truck sport Dodge is the place to go

I was contacted first by the internet team who help setup an appointment at the dealership. I was then helped by Tim who was very easy to deal with and professional. Last, I met with Frank (Manager) who was extremely upfront and honest about the buying process. I was very happy .

We went looking to buy used truck. I usually hate car shopping but I was pleasantly surprised by the no pressure and friendly atmosphere. Joe D was the salesman who helped us and he was great. He helped us through the whole process and couldn't have been nicer. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and I feel like I got a great deal.
