I was happy from the moment I walked on the lot until I drove off in my new car. There was no pressure and all of my questions were answered. Charlie, who I signed all my paperwork with at the end of the deal was great too. Best car buying experience ever. I would refer everyone I know to this dealership.

Stock was limited and the guy we needed to go over the new car features as "off that day" so we didn't go over the car. Time was short anyway as the sale took longer than I expected. They give you an insurance sales pitch to try to get you to buy from them and it takes forever! Didn't like that. It felt intrusive. The called it "verifying insurance" but it was actually a way to look up your insurance with the info you provide and then they want to switch you to their carrier. Kinda slimy. Overall, the price was good and we made he deal. That was what mattered most to me.
