Dealership failed to check trade in Odometer with the Title of the vehicle on the day of the purchase. Required another round trip to sign new Title Papers

This is my 3rd Hyundai. This is my 3rd Hyundai from Parkway. My salesman, Max Harrison is great. He listened when I told him what I needed, and then he helped me get it. 🧓🏻🚗 Little old lady in a shiny red car.

Friendly staff, good discounts, easy process.

Friendly staff, good discounts, easy process. Never had a hyundai before, but was ready for something new. It was refreshing to get a quote lower than sticker price---unlike multiple other dealerships in town.

Had a great buying experience at Parkway with Liz Kilgore. We had a car breakdown on vacation and needed a new car that day. The sales process was quick and thorough. Liz had great knowledge On the Santa Fe Hybrid we purchased. We got a fair value for our trade in and a reasonable Price on the new car. Bob in finance made the paperwork painless. I saw an amazing Jeep on cars.

I saw an amazing Jeep on cars.com on Saturday that was listed as recently listed. I received notice that the Jeep had already been sold but they would love to help me with another vehicle. I declined as that Jeep was the only one I was interested in. I went back to cars.com today, Tuesday, and had a big surprise: they still have the same Jeep listed as available on the site, minus the photo of the Jeep, so it isn't that they forgot to take it down... almost like it is a bait-and-switch situation. You decide.
