DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP

I recently bought a vehicle from Missoula Nissan and Hyudai. I will never ever do business here and will make sure my friends don't either! I was promised a sensor would be fixed and it was fixed half way and the rest was up to me to pay for. I was also promised a spare key with a FOB, and was scammed from that too. They claimed it was in a desk for two months and failed to give it to me before they lost it, so I ended up paying $200 to get a spare programmed! The customer service is ridiculous, very poor and rude! Even the general manager is a joke, has no manners or integrity! As I quote, when discussing sensor problems and he laughs ?You bought it as is? and told me to deal with it! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

While we strive to make every customer happy unfortunately we can't provide a warranty on the vehicle forever. We promised to fix the airbag light which was on at the time you purchased it. We did fix it and three months later another part failed.I did not laugh at you when I spoke to you I asked you why you were upset with us for not replacing a part that failed three months after the original part that was broken when you purchased the vehicle was replaced. I always strive to be courteous in personal and professional life.There is no way to win an argument with a customer and I'm sorry that your experience hasn't been what you expected.
