Only one who got it

I was looking for a specific Jeep Grand Cherokee and visited several dealerships in the valley. When I came to Andrew Caccia at Tempe Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram, he sat me down and searched the area with me for my exact vehicle. When we could not find it, he turned and said "we can just order you one." It was perfect. Instead of trying to put me in a vehicle that was not my exact specification, he built one on the computer and we agreed on a price and, presto! No other dealership even suggested to build one. Now, I researched different SUVs for a few months and had a specific one (color, options etc.) that I wanted. Andrew put that wish list to work and today, I have the exact Jeep that I wanted, not one a salesman "sold" me as a compromise. It is the fact that he listened to me and what I wanted that set him above the other sales people I encountered on this journey. I would recommend Andrew and Tempe Jeep/Dodge/Chrysler/Ram.

My first Chrysler

To begin with, I'm a certified car nut and I have purchased more cars in the past 8 yrs then most men change their socks. With that being said, I've been looking at new the Jeep Grand Cherokees SRT's. I stuck up an online conversation with my salesman Robert Ross and he convinced me to come in to take a look. I met Robert and he was very casual and listened to my concerns. He was did not attempt to make any sales pitches but let the vehicle speak for itself. We engaged in casual conversations as well and in the end, I bought my first Chrysler product (I'm a die-hard GM Fan). Robert made my buying experience very pleasurable and I would purchase from him and Tempe Dodge in the future.

Great car buying experience

I have now bought my second minivan from Tempe Dodge. My first purchase was 11 years ago. That first experience brought me back. Saleman Chuck Childress was knowledgeable and patient. I will contine to recommend Tempe to my friends and relatives.

Just god awful

straight liars all of them bought a Mini Cooper off of them 3 months ago with a noise that I was told is a normal noise for that car the noise still exists took it to the mini dealership go to find out its well over a thousand dollar repair and now the dealership won't return any of my phone calls nor any of the phone calls from the mini dealership I have it at the noise existed before I the car and it still exists I will never go there again and I'm a three-time repeat customer

Fantastic!

My experience was better than wonderful. The salesman Brian Scarborough was very nice, polite and helpful. He answered every questions that I had without getting impatient with me. I will definitely recommend this dealership as well as this salesman to all my friends! Thank you for the great experience... as I do greatly appreciate it!!!

Exceptional Service - Above and beyond

I initially visited Tempe Dodge a month ago. I have been to several dealerships since. I came back to Tempe because Quincy kept in touch with me. He was not persistant, he was friendly and patient. The day we decided to go back in, Quincy was not even in the dealership. But he met us there on his night off. He listened to OUR needs instead of trying to sell us a car, he got us into the car we wanted.

Mike Levine - Greatest Customer Service

We spent a few hours with Mike on Sunday and he was so great to deal with and made the car buying experience so easy! We are so happy with our 2015 Journey and would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market. Brett the financing guy was awesome as well and promised he would spend some time on our loan to get us the best possible interest rate. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Amazing Experience!

Best car buying experience of my lifetime

It was a breeze working with Leo Gaona who had me cruising down I-10 in my, soon to be owned, vehicle. I was ecstatic when he showed me how all the gadgets work on this Durango and was pleased and surprised that I did not have to endure the typical 'hard sell'. Everyone from the salesroom to the detailers to the finance manager made this purchase a very positive experience.

One hundred percent recommended

Working with Andrew was the smoothest experience I've ever had when it came to purchasing a car. I had been putting off buying a new car for months because I didn't want to deal with the hassle of a car dealership. Andrew was unlike any other dealer I've ever worked with, I told him the car I wanted and the price I could afford, Andrew promised he would make it happen and did everything in his power to do so, which he succeeded in. I now am driving my dream car, and at a lower price then I had even expected. He made the process quick and simple, I will be sending all of my friends and family straight to him.
