Technician was thorough in tracking down a solution and writing a report that was detailed and understandable. Kudos to him. Katie was easy to work with, polite and professional, and kept us informed of the progress of the work and the results. She is great. Waiting room was comfortable and clean. Positive experience from beginning to end. Wish, however, the location was not so far away.

Very nice and was able to loan me a rental car as I didn't have another one to use while my car got recalls worked on , but Alfa said 2 recalls would take just about 3 hrs max and they had my car for 2 whole weeks (So thank goodness I had Alfa Tenale to use while waiting). I also was very disappointed that I detailed their loaner car before bringing it back but they didn't do a thing to my car for the 2 weeks they had it, still dirty and they even left it with a dead battery that they had to jump start before I left with it and it died and wouldn't restart when I got home. It's an Alfa- They should know if not driven for a day or two battery died- so why would they not put it on charger before I came, as they knew what day I was coming to finally get it back yet I had to wait for my dirty dead car to get jumped before I could take it back home. 5 star place would have washed my car and had it charged and ready to go when I arrived 2 weeks later. At least I didn't have to pay for anything...

Was able to get an appointment in a reasonable time. Communication was great and work performed as needed. Nice facility and helpful knowledgeable staff.

Katie was awesome to work with and made sure I was informed on how my vehicle was performing. And hat's off to the tech who worked on it, electrical troubles shooting is a B....! Thank you

Lucas was quite literally the best experience I’ve ever had in customer service, period. Trained gentlemen salesmen and the bar is raised for the showroom… inviting. No pushy salesmen. I love my new used car. Chris helped me get through the paperwork with patience and kindness.
