We have been long time, customers of hawk and we drive a long way to get there. They have exceptional sales service with great management services and we always drive out to Hawk for our oil changes and any repairs as well. We love the service we get in a timely matter for a reasonable price. Everybody is kind and courteous, and we will continue to do business with hawk.

Disappointed. Forest Park Jeep dealership had my car for 4 days and they never called to give me an update until i reached out to see what was going on. It wasn't until then i was informed they ran my car for 10 minutes on the 2nd day they had it and since no dashboard lights/emergency signals went off they couldn't determine what the issue was but decided to just let my car continue to sit there for another 2 days without notifying me they weren't going to service my car. Worst customer service!

My service advisor Annmarie Sedlacek was fantastic. She gave me the best customer service. When my car was brought in for service she provided me with all the information I needed to give the ok to have my car repaired.

The men and women who work at this establishment are some of the finest examples of exceptional and dependable customer service. They are similar to a family member, who you can trust for your car needs. Heck, I took one of the employees for lunch one time. Overall, will be a loyalty customer for as long as the employees are work there.

The service here is exceptional from start to finish. They are always very clear on the cost for all repairs. I really appreciate the service advisor making sure everything is done in a timely fashion. Thank you!
