Tina Leischner was very good at handleing our need
the people at Bob Bradys auto mall were very effient at takeing care of us.we were in and out in no time. Tina Leischner was excellant at selling us a car and getting ready and plated so we could get on our way. their facility was very clean and the showroom had a verity of models to choose from. I would recommend to a friend or neighbor. I would diffently go there sgain. hope tina will be then.

Remarkable Customer Experience with Todd Rhoads
My mother purchased a Dodge Nitro from Todd Rhoads a few months ago. Todd was very patient with her, providing her with all the information she requested and ultimately getting her into a car she wanted at the time. My daughter and I just happened to be tagging along and although we were not looking for a vehicle, Todd made sure my daughter (2 years of age) had a balloon and many laughs. My mom was very excited about the Nitro and very happy with the experience, but she soon realized the Nitro was not big enough for her needs. She contacted Todd on multiple occasions seeking just the right deal that both she and the dealership could live with AND AS USUAL, TODD along with the Bob Brady Auto Mall Team gave her the best deal she could've ever asked for on a brand new Durango. Todd went above and beyond to satisfy my mom and I'm pretty sure gave her the deal of a life time! Thank you so much for taking great care of her and making the experience truly enjoyable!

Bob Brady Auto Mall
I started the process of buying a new Jeep Liberty by calling and talking to Todd Rhoads by phone about a newspaper advertisement. todd was very professional on the phone and returned my calls promptly. He had the Jeep waiting inside and cleaned for me on a wet snowy night so I could look at it and test ride it. Todd, the sales manager and the financial manager were very pleasent and easy to work with. I not only would ask for Todd again but would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Chantell Hilton is the best
This is the third vehicle that I have bought from Bob Brady. The last 2 were from the sales person, Chantell. She is the best. I have came in and told her what I wanted to spend and what I wanted. She would work to find what was going to work for me and fit my needs. I purchased a 2011 Caliber the last time and this time I added a 2006 Dodge Charger. Chantell has a wonderful personality and even assisted in my teasing my kids (ages 22 & 24) with what I was buying.

Chantel Hilton is the best
We just bought our 3rd car from Bob Brady. The last 2 have been from Chantell as my sales person. I have been able to go in and tell her what I want and my payment ranges. She has worked to find an vehicle that not only met my needs but would be in the price range that I want. She has a wonderful bubbly personality. As we were teasing our kids (age 22 & 24) about what we were buying she assisted in the joke. We bought a 2011 Caliber in the past and returned for a 2006 Challenger this time. We will return for the next vehicle we purchase.

Chantel Hilton is awesome!
Chantel was our salesperson for both of our purchases. We purchased a 2012 DodgeAvenger on February 20, 2012. It was totaled on March 3, 2012 and she had a replacement for us on March 8, 2012. She is totally awesome! Friendly, cute, great personality and sense of humor. She made us feel welcome and at ease

Garry Vaughn Rules!
well, when we came to the auto mall I was just goign to walk the lot and look around not actually speak to anyone. We decided to go ahead and see a sales men and Garry was originally outside we thought he was busy. Wehn we went in we saw two sales men playing on thier phone and as they continued Garry came and and went straigght into helping us. He was not pushy..I hate pushy. He answered all my questions even the dumb ones. I was looking for used and after I told him my financial situtation and why I needed the car he came back and talked about looking at a 4d brand new car. I really didnt have any hopes it would come to pass. He showed me different colors but the blackberry was the one for my personality. We were there for 3 1/2 hour's but he was patient and they worked with me. I drove away that day didnt even think the car was mine when i actually got the keys and went in it. He was awesome, very very professional and not the sleazy car guy on tv. Great job Garry.

Todd Rhoads helped my son
when I went to Bob Brady Auto Mall with my son raymond on 3-3-12 i was amazed at the service and welcoming that we got. I felt like i was in my own home or in a hotel lobby. Todd took very good care of my son and was very nice. I really loved the cafe in the back it was very nice and the food was GREAT!
