My wife, Jackie, and I were very pleased with the atmosphere at Bob Brady Auto Mall. The show room and service area are extremely modern and very well maintained. We were even more satisfied with the professionalism that was exhibited by the entire staff. Our salesperson, Ryan Gaines did a great job and has a wonderful personality. He was patient with us. We had our 4 year old granddaughter with us and he interacted with her and still did his job of providing us with the answers we were looking for. Rey Rodriquez, the financing officer, took very good care of us and did a fantastic job of explaining all the activities that had to take place to close the sale. Overall, the atmosphere was such that we felt very welcome and appreciated. Whomever is responsible for personnel selection and hiring is doing their job. I recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Liberty and had the opportunity to work with Michael MCcoy from the Bob Brady Dealership. I found Michael and his sales team to be very patient and willing to work with me through out the entire process. I did not get the High Pressure sales approach that you sometimes find with dealerships. What I even found even more gratifying is the fact that Michael apparently valued my time as a customer. He would actually jog back into the building if we needed something or needed to get another key to show me a vehicle. Sometimes you get the whole "YOUR ON MY TIME" attitude when you go to larger city dealerships as they walk around slowly and make you wait and wait, wondering if they are ever coming back. That was not the case here! When it came time to put the deal together, Michael kept me apprised along the process and actually spent a lot of time walking me through the process, not just letting me set in the show room floor for hours while they sit behind close doors working on the "deal". Long story short, I felt Bob Brady and Michael all made me feel like they cared, wanted to do business with me and showed professionalism and compassion throughout the whole process!!! THANK YOU!!!

When I Applied For A Car Loan I Didn't Think I Would get one then Jackie Called Me From The Dealer Ship to set a Time to meet with me and go over my option.I was skeptical at first but she said she could help me just bring a few documents from home.When I arrived I found the service to be very exceptional and the Staff to be very Friendly.and when all was said and done I got a Brand new car with the payments that i could afford.And I would recommend this Car Dealer Ship to Anyone that is looking for a vechicle.
