It's really true - the small-town dealers really do try harder in price AND service. The guys at Bob Brady Automall outdid all the big-city mega-advertised dealers in my internet-deal for a new 2013 Honda Pilot. Their price was way better, and online communication with Daniel Kee was excellent. Above and beyond the call of duty! We looked at several different makes and models before settling on the Honda Pilot. Daniel Kee researched them all and gave me the best price of anyone on the internet with each make and model! The automall-concept means you can compare many makes and models at Bob Brady. The paperwork only took an hour, including Honda Financing, vehicle inspection, manuals overview and warranty service. I'll be back to Bob Brady for my next car!

Was very pleased with our salesperson, was very helpful and informative. Had a good experience with the purchase of our car. Wasn't expecting to walk away with a car at the time we went in, but we felt at ease with our choice. We had a small problem with our car and when we came back they were more than willing to help us with checking it out and fixing the problem right away.
