Sandy was professional, knowledgeable and sincere.

Sandy was professional, knowledgeable and sincere. She sent a video of the vehicle inquiry along with an in depth verbal description. I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a vehicle whether new or used.

I told the service writer that I live in Fort Walton

I told the service writer that I live in Fort Walton Beach (1 Hour Drive each way) The intent was to replace a broken spring in the shift, selector, covered by factory extended warranty. By the time I made it home, five hours had passed. The dealership had diagnosed the car confirmed that the spring needed replacing under warranty. But couldn’t do any work on the cars they didn’t have any parts in stock. Why have me drive an hour each way knowing that they’re not gonna fix the car. Now I have to reschedule another time and probably waste at least another five hours to get to work that should’ve been done, or at least scheduled when they had the parts. Wait, that would be Unfair to say I didn’t get anything out of the trip, I did get a complementary car wash and vacuum

Their communication was extremely poor — I had to

Their communication was extremely poor — I had to constantly follow up to receive any updates. To make matters worse, I witnessed the service advisor helping himself to my personal tools without asking, which I find completely unacceptable. Overall, the attitude towards customers comes across as indifferent and unprofessional. It’s disappointing, especially since I was actively shopping for a new vehicle from one of their locations before this experience. This experience with their service department changed our mind; we will never purchase anything from them in the future.

I dropped my vehicle off to be serviced.

I dropped my vehicle off to be serviced. Clearly explained over the phone with my assigned service person that I wanted my oil changed and tires rotated, and that there were a few other concerns. One being that the system computer was saying that brake service was due despite that we had completed that service on the previous encounter and so I wanted it cleared. Got my vehicle back and it was not cleared. Communication was not clear from the dealerships side and “suggested” services were an unreasonable rate.

Hi Angelique, We appreciate you choosing to do your maintenance with us. We could not clear the codes as requested because the last brake service was in June 2022 and the vehicle requires the service to be performed every 2 years. We regret that because of this you are dissatisfied with our services.

The brake service was completed in April 2023 when we also paid your dealership to change the brake pads as well. I’m truly not understanding where all the miscommunication is coming from. This is a simple thing to correct but it appears that clear communication is an issue.
