He made delivery simple and easy. Please pass on my thanks. Kennie, the used car manager, worked with me to finalize and close the gap and agree on the 2018 RDX sale price. Randy, the business manager was very easy to work with and worked to obtain a great loan rate. Appreciated him taking time to clearly walk me through the document signing and answer all my questions. Last but absolutely not least! Shaundra, at the reception desk. Wonderful first impression. She provided a welcoming atmosphere, brought me a bottle of water as I began the purchase process with Travis. She provided the experience when I called the following day and during my second and final visit when we picked up the car for my son.
