Its very rare I give a bad review, but this has to be very disappointing. Been working with sales team and manager for few months and come to find out they sold the car without any notice. Told me they were waiting on parts to be installed, which took them more than a month. Do not trust sales team working here, especially sales manager Patrick. SCAM ALERT

I had a great experience at Motorcars. The staff was very knowledgeable about the products, friendly, kind and professional. I went to browse last year and came back this year to make a purchase….the salesperson I worked with (Duane) remembered me and answered all my questions….and I had many as I was used to driving a 14 year old car! Lol Everyone I encountered there was a pleasure to meet. Thank you Motorcars! I’m now a loyal customer. :)

Sales person was very nice and took the time to show me the different features of the car. The staff was also very nice. Was a pleasure to deal with them.

Have worked with them for many years and all staff have been very nice and caring. They work very hard to make sure you feel comfortable with your purchase or lease.

Somewhat dishonest. Sales Manager needs to be fired. New car was smoked in. They lied about it. Tried to make it right but didn’t. Handy sales practice at best.

Confusion from the beginning and the sales people are quite pushy. Buying a car is a big financial commitment and they need to allow buyers to peacefully think and discuss without having to be rushed. I was also told, "we need to get the ball rolling". Nice people but not nice sales people.

Excellent!! Wonderful experience Michelle was so very helpful, picked me up at my house and I drove home in my new car within the hour. I HIGHLY recommend them. This is my fourth Volvo XC90 and wouldn’t drive anything else! Happy shopping. Joni D.

Great experience an friendly environment my salesman was very nice and helpful about the length of time I had to wait for the XC-60 but it was delivered earlier than I expected I love it!!
