We came in just to decide by sitting in a Highlander or

We came in just to decide by sitting in a Highlander or RAV4 what car we may be interested in. Lee (Vue Lee Kongman) was our sales rep and showed us several vehicles. We told him what our base price limits were and felt the RAV4 best suited our needs. There was a 2024 RAV4 Prime on the lot that had less than 3000 miles and we were very interested. Lee took us inside and showed us newer 2025 RAV4 options that would take up to several months to get in if we wanted to build them and the modifications we wanted were out of our price range. The 2024 fit all of our needs and we were interested in the plug in feature. The 2024 Gold Certified vehicle also came with and extended power train warranty beyond the standard. We felt the process was very comfortable and took shorter than we expected. The sales manager came to talk to us to finalize the price, my wife had a meeting and they said we could come back after her meeting to do the the paper work with the finance officer. The sales/finance group said we could pay in cash in a couple of days. Everyone shook hands and we came back with a check for the balance and drove away in our new car. Thank you especially to Lee, but the whole team was very professional, friendly and respectful of our time, circumstances and interests. Would recommend Swickard for any car sales.

From the very beginning, these guys were very easy to

From the very beginning, these guys were very easy to work with. Seth was awesome throughout the whole experience and very transparent. I felt as though he bent over backwards to make sure that I left with exactly what worked for me and what I wanted. His manager, Jason was very helpful in moving onto the finance department, and the finance manager Sherman was a delight to work with. We also had the vehicle back in the service bays, thanks to Ionel and everybody in the service department was very polite and professional. Seth, Jason, Ionel, and Sherman and I didn’t get the lady in the service department’s name but all of these folks were top notch.

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent vehicle purchase from Toyota in Lynnwood Hwy 99. Overall, I found the sales process to be efficient and well-organized. The sales representative, Alex and David were knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the available options and assisting me in selecting the vehicle that met my needs. I appreciate the ease of the transaction and the support provided in securing my desired vehicle. However, I did experience a significant amount of pressure regarding upsell options and add-on services from David. While I understand the dealership's business but the intensity of the push for these additional products was somewhat overwhelming and detracted from the otherwise positive experience. I believe a more balanced approach, would enhance the overall customer satisfaction. Despite this, I am pleased with my new Toyota and appreciate the core aspects of the sales process.
