Nearly every vehicle on lot had a flat tire . Was outside in lot and no one could even come out to talk to me after I called.

I sent an email asking for information on a specific

I sent an email asking for information on a specific vehicle and if the vehicle is still on their lot. I live 2 hours away and do not want to waste my time. Unfortunately, the dealer did not contact me which was off putting. I just spent $18,000 on a car for myself with a different dealer in April 2023 (I emailed them and they responded multiple times resulting in a sale) and I am now looking to buy a car for my college student. If nobody is going to take the time to answer an email, I will take my business elsewhere. I don't always have time to make calls.
