Called the dealership about a particular car. I asked the gentleman for a good out the door price, as I would be driving from 3 hours away and wanted to make sure I brought enough money. I was told they were very busy and someone would call me back as soon as they could. I also asked if he had personally saw this vehicle, and what the condition was. I was assured it was in good shape. After talking with my family, we decided to risk the 3 hour drive. Upon arrival at the dealership I checked out the car that I was told was in good condition. The trunk lid appeared to have been repainted in someone's back yard. The paint was fish-eyed and had orange peel. The paint was also rough to the touch in this area. The rear spoiler was very loose on the drivers side, the car had several bad spots in the paint, even for the age of the vehicle. The front bumper was sticking out about an inch on the drivers side, the windshield had a chip, and the driver side door handle was sticking and felt as it was going to come off. I addressed my concerns and then asked about the OTD price. I was then explained that the price I saw the car listed for, $10,995 included $2,000 worth of incentives for paying cash and trading a vehicle in to them. This meant the car was $1,000 higher than what was listed on your site. I told them I was not interested and that I felt I had been lied to, wasting 6 hours having to drive down there and back home. I did finally get a call back with the pricing, 3 days later. I could not reccomend this dealership to anyone.

My experience with Peach State Motors was such an
My experience with Peach State Motors was such an unfortunate one. I am going to tell my story and advise people reading this that me, personally, do not recommend this place at all. This is not to bash anyone or defame anyone, but I have had enough of dealing with many lies and disappointments. I financed an Audi that was “running well” and “had no problems”, which was the first lie that was told. A week later the check engine light turned on and was taken to the mechanic, which did not fix the issue. The check engine light turned on again and this time we had to pay $400 out of pocket and I had to fight with the owner to get us to help us. During this argument and disagreement, I decided to leave Peach State a one star review and tell my story. One hour later, I had the owner screaming at me over the phone telling me to take the review down and told me if I didn’t take it down, they would leave the problem up to me. A couple weeks later, the check engine light turned on again, this time I took it to a different mechanic that figured out that the car needed a NEW ENGINE! I decided to reach out to the general manger and ask him if the mechanic they usually work with was available to help me with the car. He said he was available and that he had to “practically beg the mechanic to work with me”, which was a complete lie and I have it on video. I took the car to the shop the day after and asked him if it was true, the mechanic told me he never mentioned not wanting to work with me or the car. The mechanic has been the only one trying to work with me professionally and with no lies. I am tired of keeping quiet and not telling my story and no, I will not delete my review this time. This dealership had brought me so many disappointments financially. When I asked the general manger why he sold me a faulty car he said “Unfortunately, these things happen”. There is no empathy or kindness from the owner or the general manager, they will make you feel like they are helping you, but in reality they are not because they lie to you. Also, to add, my car was in the shop for a month now and I got it back today, 11/06/24, the warranty covered a brand new motor after sending 2 faulty ones, but we had to pay $625 out of pocket because the warranty did not cover the taxes on the engine.

I bought a car and was assured this was a great car with only one owner. They kept stressing the car fax was clean and that the car would hold its worth because it was a bit overpriced in my opinion. I bought the car with no 90 day warranty. The dealership did not have any type of 30 or 90 day assurance. A light went on so I had a very good mechanic look at the car . I find out that there are 12 things that needed to be repaired! 12! They have their mechanic sticker on the windshield claiming to have changed the oil but all of the fluids are dirty and need changing plus major issues and bald tires. The car needs over $4000 worth of repairs. They lied to me about the car and took advantage of me as a woman. I was hoping this was a great car and specifically asked to please sell me a good sound car. I was open to make and model. I am so disappointed in the lying salesperson. I am on a strict budget and already paid too much for the car to begin with now I have thousands of dollars in repairs. If you think of buying from them bring your own mechanic with you to check the car out. This is unethical business practice. You should tell the customer the car needs repairs not lie to them. They put the sticker of their mechanic making you think their mechanic checked out the car and did some maintenance but nope! the mechanic did nothing. The car fax shows the one owner did not keep up with maintenance causing many issues and that was their selling point. It had such a clean car fax! Well I am a woman a realize men sometimes take advantage of that. All of you men out there....think of women you deal with like your sister or mother because karma is real. You might have got me but you did not get your soul in a good place.
