Dealt with (Tim?) very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The only issue is they never got back to me.

We asked the guy what kind of shape the vehicle was in before we made the 2 hour drive. He said it had a small dent and the hood was messed up. We figure for the price we could stick some money into fixing those issues. I drove up there to take one look to find out it was beat to xxxx! The small dent was a pretty good size dent. It was missing parts. There were tons of scratches all over. The bumper had a huge crack in it. The inside smelt disgusting. The back side had tears in it. I may be a woman but I ain’t stupid! Good luck to them on trying to sell that xxx. I’m still pissed! He wasted my time!! Would not trust these guys!

When I test drove the car we bought it clunked in the back. They told me it was ice in the shocks and thawed out fine. They told me nothing was wrong with it. I took it to my mechanic and he said the rear shock was bad and I should return it to the dealer because it was quite an expensive part. They said they looked it over again and no problem with the shocks. Two weeks later our car is parked near Bauer Built and the mechanic comes out and says our car has an issue in the back he can tell by the tilted tire. They took it in and said the shock was bad..again. New Richmond auto mall told me I bought a used car and they refused to do anything for me. Buyer beware !! They screw people here. The manager wouldn’t even return my call.

I had trouble on the road. I stop at this dealership, they were absolutely awesome!

Not your average dealership. Had a great experience. Wouldn’t buy anywhere else after this! To those in the market this is a place to consider!
