BEWARE…If you are looking for someone honest and who will honor agreements made with you prior to your arrival …don’t waste your time with this dealership. Drove over 200 miles and they didn’t stand by their agreement. Management are a bunch of back boneless LIARS!! We are both mature and educated people and do not appreciate being treated in this manner. We are both well known and have a good reputation and normally do not post reviews like this…but the way we were treated was very wrong!!

Bought my new Trax last month loving it so far. Jose did great working out my monthly budget and Angie has always responded about any questions that came up during the buying process. 10/10 would highly recommend to anyone.

I could never say enough good things about GMC Gastonia. I had the pleasure of working with Christopher Powe and he was amazing! He really went above and beyond throughout the whole process. As a person with a disability, car shopping can be a little tricky, and he took that into account and helped identify features that would make my life easier, such as rain-sensing auto wipers, auto high-beam assist, and the majority of controls on the right side which I needed. He spent so much time with me testing vehicles, and when we found the perfect fit but wrong color, he was able to locate it for me and have it delivered quickly! I now have my dream vehicle with more features than I would have ever imagined, and a trusted dealership that I know is willing to go above and beyond! Powe was happy to answer any and all questions along the way, and made the process simple. He helped navigate the sales deal with a great value for my trade in, and great price on my Terrain. I had been to several other dealerships prior, and most tried to add an addendum or extra fees, but Gastonia GMC offered a fair, honest price from the start. They even included a lifetime warranty, which is unheard of. To finalize the deal, I was connected with Derwin Pogue to navigate the financing, and he was wonderful! He was kind, transparent, and just a joy to work with in general. Powe and Derwin completely changed my outlook on car buying as a woman. I didn't feel that I needed my husband to come along to negotiate a fair price, as these men were kind and honest from start to finish. You are missing out if you don't go to Gastonia GMC!

If I could give this place 0 stars it would be ZERO, I’ve never dealt with someone so UNPROFESSIONAL, Scott Reese you should really shape up your customer service seems like this place doesn’t do well with people knowing the car business, first problem was told him exactly what I wanted, and the fact that I didn’t agree with his word he sucked his teeth after being very aggressive with my fiancé telling him what I wanted wasn’t possible got up and hid in the office sending a sales manager out Terry Martin who told me no & walked away came back in to get my paper with my beacon score which Scott had in his hand he watched me come back in turned his back to talk to other employees ( he knew what I came in for, sent my fiancé in first for the paperwork and he was turned away) sat in the front until he was finished with his conversation then he handed it to someone else to give me. This company needs to be more aware of the people they have working in the front.

Usually I don’t like shopping for a car but this dealership made it more enjoyable. Worked with a salesman named Joey Sronce. He was very knowledgeable about their cars but not too pushy. He explained everything to me in a professional manner and didn’t keep me there all day. Would definitely recommend this dealer and salesman.

Had the best experience with GMC Gastonia and with Philip they went above and beyond to help me with my truck. Will buy my next car from them and highly recommend these guys.

They promised us a $300 discount on the purchase of a used vehicle but the final documents did not reflect the discount.

From start to finish this has been the best car buying process I have ever been through. Their is no sales tactics with them, they are detailed, honest and their communication far exceeds any other dealership. Phillip (sales), Jeff (sales manager), and Marty (General Manager) are beyond amazing, words can not even describe how comfortable and easy they have made it. I love my new car and couldn't be happier!!!
