Robert the service advisor was very good. Prompt and knowledgeable Car was ready on time

Compared to Audi Pembroke Pines it is very lackluster. The wait area has no water or snacks. The advisor was nice but the overall customer service is not what I expect from a luxury dealership in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. It feels very corporate and customers are just a number.

I was looking for the Audi Q3 and contacted Fort Lauderdale Audi. I met with Devon Stone. She was wonderful. Very patient, knowledgeable and so helpful. Also met with the manager, Steve Catalo. He was also wonderful. No pressure and made me feel very comfortable. So nice to find that. It is rare these days. I would not hesitate to purchase another car from Devon again. I thank them both so much!

My husband and I were browsing for our possible first electric vehicle yesterday and we went into Audi and were immediately greeted and helped by Christian Pimenta. He explain the EV options and showed us all the cars combos on lot. While trying to stay within a budget, Christian and sales manager Steve found an option at a sister location, Christian went to pick up the vehicle for us to see and we loved it. The numbers on that deal worked for us and we are so happy with our new car. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant. Christian explained everything about my new vehicle and was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend
