Don't buy from them and for sure DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE

Don't buy from them and for sure DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Mike(Service Coordinator), Daphne(Head Service Coordinator), and Brad (Service Manager) are all worthless in the realm of customer service and their repair staff will leave you with a vehicle that they caused damage to that the dealership won't fix claiming it was a storm that caused it. Further, they damaged the hood by leaving it ajar and claiming the wind ripped it up but in reality the damage was found to be caused by driving the vehicle with the hood ajar and it ripping up at high speed ripping into the fender. Then they tried hiding the fact that it was damaged by saying the part was delayed while in reality they were trying to get a quote from a body shop then a week after that decided to half fix it in house leaving the hood hinge frame connections damaged thinking we wouldn't see it. They had the car from Feb 28th 2025 until April 10th 2025. At which time it was returned to use in the damaged state plus every side of the vehicle is riddled with paint scratches to the under body which we have proof occurred not only after drop off but after they sent it out for the body shop estimate on a tow truck. They claim it was the storm and we have to file it on our insurance. Lawyers will be involved for that portion as well as the negligent repair work. If you enjoy owning a dumpster fire on wheels that when needs serviced is stored for you for 41 days (16 days more than you owned the car to start with) and love never getting contacted by the service team for update or value being lied to then Ron Carter is your home base for all desires. If you do not enjoy these aspects then be wise and choose a better dealership with a better RECENT reputation. Also avoid anything ZTMOTORS because the minute they took over is when Ron Carter took a swift nosedive.

Bought 2013 Ford Fiesta last month, satisfied with the

Bought 2013 Ford Fiesta last month, satisfied with the deal. Went to use windshield wipers and had to replace them. Then was going to wash windows..nothing.. looked under the hood and the hoses were hanging and the little tips that go into the washer. Spray nozzle were broken off, so I replaced that filled up the washer reservoir, and the water all ran out on the ground so I ordered a new reservoir which I haven’t received yet, but I called up there and asked them if they would at least change the reservoir for me. Well, the sales guy Shay was going to check on how much they would charge me well I don’t think they need to charge me for that if they had gone through this used vehicle like I would think they should have these little minor things would have been taken care of so I told him to forget it I will attempt to do it myself..

Expedition was advertised online.

Expedition was advertised online. Went to dealership and finally agreed to purchase for the advertised price. When they worked the numbers we noticed the extended warranty, that I didn't ask for included in the price. I politely told them i was not interested in the warranty and rework the numbers. Well that must have made them mad. The sales manager with his fake and condescending smile said they couldn't sale us this unit at that price. It had 7600 dollars dealer ad on tires and made a statment about me refusing the warranty. I told him that the online ad even has a close up of the wheels and tires. He said he could change tires but that's it. I stated that was deceptive and funny how we signed the agreement and all was approved until i canceled the warranty that i never asked for. The Expedition is still listed with the same price and tires. Just be aware you must buy the warranty for 3000 dollars. I have bought many vehicles in my life. This manager needs coaching and professional development. Seems he would throw away several thousands of dollars away out of spite. I hope upper management sees this review for the Alvin store and realize they might want to look at all the bad reviews and start addressing the bad actors. Deceptive practices and arrogant employees have no place in today's competitive market. Illegal? Unethical? Shady? We left and bought elsewhere. Reading the other reviews i don't think this is a one off. Seems to be a trend.

Had my truck for 2 weeks replacing coils which they first

Had my truck for 2 weeks replacing coils which they first said were not covered under my Ford extended warranty. After a month and many calls, it turns out they were covered. BUT for only a little less than half what Ron Carter charged me. I wonder who gets the extra $. no need for names...the service people are only doing what they are taught to do. ddp

Before driving 1 1/2 hours to get there I asked sale rep

Before driving 1 1/2 hours to get there I asked sale rep for all charges I could expect. She said only add on fee would be a negotiable $742 dealer prep charge. After arrival, test drive and getting ready to do the deal the sales manager added on $4200 for an after market lift kit he said was previously installed. He said he was not going to give that away. Wasted 4 hours of my day and a half tank of gas.

Sales was great!

Sales was great! But, once you walk out they are terrible. I bought my vehicle April 13, 2024, it’s now June 7th and my paper tags expire June 12th. No one can tell me where the plates are, they can’t find them!
