Teena is absolutely the best hands down.

Teena is absolutely the best hands down. I did a search on a Sunday not knowing the dealership was closed. Teena emailed, texted, and called me back on her off day. I explained I had a check in hand and the vehicle my husband and I wanted, we set an appointment for the next day. Teena had already had our vehicle washed and ready to go. The process was seamless and she was just so nice and warm. She is great at her job and I felt like we had known her for years. I will be referring my family to Teena, her customer service is outstanding and we love our 2022 Atlas.

Wish I can give negative ratings. Don’t trust what price sales person give you and please take pictures of it and compare with finance before you sign. One of my key wasn’t working informed the sales rep and it’s been three weeks and no response from her. I got ripped off over $1000.00.

Without a doubt, the best car buying experience I could have asked for. Ask for Teena, she went above and beyond to get the deal done. I got a better car than I had hoped for. I highly recommend Teena and Cook Volkswagen

After several months of receiving airbag recalls,

Took my2010 Mazda 6 in for an airbag recall, received several letters concerning a defective airbag, made an appointment a week in advance, letters indicated “quick and painless” , in and out, most of the time within an hour , after 2 hours , service manager says, we have to order parts for other recalls on car, I asked if airbag had been replaced, he said no, I had to leave the car,...Not what I was told a week ago..., he said we are not doing one without doing the other, so I’m driving with a defective airbag, because of a “Liar”. “Stay away from these liars”. Anybody know a good attorney ? Mazda should be ashamed to be affiliated with these crooks .

Do NOT go to this dealership, they will lie, cheat & steal to get a sale! I was sent an invite to bring in my leased vehicle to get a buy for the same monthly payment & no money down. So I went in to check it out, but as it turned out that deal was not able to happen as stated so instead of not making a sale the salesman lead us to believe the leased vehicle was still being traded in on the new but what he actually did was a lease turn in. We left that day with a new vehicle and left behind the leased vehicle. We knew nothing until we starting received collection letters & calls for the remainder of the lease amount in full. I have been fighting this for years and still this year got a bill from the IRS resulting from this! Both VW Credit & VW of America both say there is no documentation supporting that we turned in the lease. Obviously we weren’t planning on making 2 car payments! Both VW Credit and VW Of America say this is Cook VW responsibility, but the salesman is no longer there and they just say since the sales man & fianance manager from 2014 are no longer there they don’t know what happened! Knowing this has been going on for years the owner still has yet to reach out to me or meet with me! A professional owner should stand behind a employees actions & take responsibility for a employees wrong doings, not hide & be a coward! Please if you don’t want to be lied to and scammed with no recourse from the dealership do NOT go to Cook VW!!!!

Teena is seriously amazing. I’ve gone to a few different dealerships and their customer service is nothing compared to Teena! I was to the point I was done looking and just fed up, I’m so glad I came into Cook Volkswagen. When I say that woman did everything in her power to get me a great deal, she went above and beyond. She spoke with me and my parents about my options and what would be in my best interest. If you’re looking for a new or used car, please go see Teena! I highly recommend her!

TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP

If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. This dealership is full of scummy salesmen. Even a person worked there for 4 years said so, he said they try to avoid any warranty work as much as possible. Went there to buy a used vehicle, filled out the credit application, had 4 thousand to put down, but they chose someone who didn't even have any money to put down. They wouldn't even accept my credit application. Pretty discriminatory if you ask me. - 2 days later Brendan calls me and says he has another car I would be interested in, I told him I'm buying from another dealership. He continues to tell me I should buy from them, and not a non VW dealer. I told him I am buying from a VW dealership, just not theirs. He told me in these exact words, "You might know how to shop for cars but it seems you don't know manners." Then he continues to argue with me saying "I actually think its funny a 21 year old with an onlyfans is trying to tell me we are scummy." Did not know Cook lets their employees not only talk to customers like this but argue with them? Good thing I'm a Paralegal at a law firm right? - As you all can see how defensive this dealership gets when someone bad mouths them, must be because they don't want people to know the truth... Smart people will see through their bs. (: Good day to all!

Great Service Department! Adam and Mike were super nice. Kept me in the loop. My car was finished when they said it would be. The ladies at the check out desk were great. I was greeted when I walked in, a nice touch these days. You feel like you matter to the dealership. Very easy process. My new service center. Thanks everyone.
