Nothing but great things to say about S&L! Scott was so amazing, he was super informative, supportive with all my questions, and very patient! I could not be happier with my new ride! Unbelievable condition(basically new) and at a fantastic price!

Vehicle I was interested in wasn't even available, just trying to drum up business for a janky dealership, offered me a ridiculous trade in offer, complete waste of time, will only speak to known and established dealerships in the future.

Poor service department.
In my opinion the personal running the service counter have no concept of customer service. On September 21 I was at the Bellin clinic in Oconto Falls when my battery failed. I called S&L and the could not help and was told to call Ford roadside assistance. I asked a for a battery jump from another patient at the clinic. I drove to S&L to purchase a new battery, the service representative didn’t offer any assistance other than tell where I could buy the battery. Today my wife was in Oconto Falls when the low tire pressure light came on, she stopped by S&L. The service manager said he could not fit her in, he looked at the tires and said they looked fine likely a bad sensor. When my wife got home I checked the tires and left rear was 24 pounds. I have purchased 3 new vehicles in the last 7 years from Peterson Ford
