Our salesman Mohamed was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Gave us personal feedback and we were very happy working with him. Our Toyota financial support was also exceptional. Both of these Toyota team members were very helpful and enjoyable to work with. We would definitely recommend friends to this dealership.

Stay away!
Stay away!!! Old school bait and switch car dealership with old school sales tactics! Gave me a high number after clearly communicating my price range. I walked out only to get a text asking what I needed to get it done (which I communicated clearly when I walked in) I gave a low number over $150 a month lower than what was originally communicated thinking that there is now way. To my surprise they accepted the low ball offer! I didn’t go with Toyota of Ann Arbor out of principle, and picked a more expensive car with a price that was accurately communicated the 1st time!! Buyer beware! Be prepared to walk away and maybe you’ll get a really good price🤷🏻♂️! Play stupid games win stupid prizes! Won’t give them my business ever!

Bring something to do while you wait.
Bring something to do while you wait. Had an appointment for 4:30 and had to wait 2 and half hours to be seen. All while the sales associate sat in the corner eating. Not a good experience for making a purchase.
