We took our Venza in for the 20,000 mile service.

We took our Venza in for the 20,000 mile service. Everything went smoothly and I was in and out pretty fast. I've had very good experiences with this dealer and we will continue to have our car taken care of there.

Jason came well recommended as a nice guy and a straight

Jason came well recommended as a nice guy and a straight shooter. He texted me when he thought that he had a car that was a good fit, and he was right. I was surprised that we didn’t feel the need to shop around more, But we felt good with the car, good with the price, and good with Jason, so we pulled the trigger. We’re happy, and certainly have no regrets. We’ll be back when we need another car!

Marlon gave me estimate Of the services.

Marlon gave me estimate Of the services. He told a part had broken during repairs and I would not be charged to replace it. The part would come in the next day. Marlin gave me a free rental car. The next day he called before noon and said my car was ready. I was very happy with the services.

Lamont goes out of his way to be extremely helpful.

Lamont goes out of his way to be extremely helpful. We are both handicap and he has made it possible for us to get service without family help.

When servicing my Tacoma for routine maintenance I was

When servicing my Tacoma for routine maintenance I was accompanied by my 16 month old son. The service agent, Jerry, stated he would bring the paperwork to me as their service area was being renovated and he wanted to prevent my son from being exposed to dust and fumes. When the service was complete he also had the truck parked close with the engine running so the air conditioning would be running before I put my son back in his car seat. I never expected or requested these accommodations. It was done out of kindness and it improved the customer service experience. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and it improved the reputation of the dealership.

Mark was very friendly and accommodating.

Mark was very friendly and accommodating. There was a minor issue with the air vent following the service, but Mark took care of it and my invoice was appropriately compensated. The service took a little longer than past appointments and they seemed very busy. Perhaps that was a scheduling snafu and overall it wasn't too bad.

Jon was great from the start through the finish. Very low pressure, but still very readily available for questions and concerns. Seemed very honest and committed to his work and customers. Ask for Jon !!
