2.5 years ago I hit a deer. With no headlight, they

2.5 years ago I hit a deer. With no headlight, they worked me in and took excellent care of getting my truck repaired and back to me. Recently my A/C stopped working. The condenser had failed. The condenser sits next to the radiator and had been replaced during the repair. They again replaced it at no cost to me, way past the one year mark. I am impressed with their integrity.

Go elsewhere

Ordered a new vehicle and waited 10 months for delivery. None of the communication in that span was initiated by the dealership. Once my new vehicle showed up their trade offer was 3.5K less than low KBB. I walked away from the new vehicle and they sold it with a large added dealer mark up. I will not consider using this dealership ever again.

LARRY IS THE MAN!!!!

Larry Russell helped us in the process of buying our daughter her first car and he was amazing. He is very personable and easy to talk to. He doesn't do that pushy salesman thing that so many other places do. He truly listened to us and what we wanted. Thank you so much Larry for all your help!!!

I will never buy from here again

I have been trying to deal with Robberson for over a month in a half about my car. Long story short. Sent multiple emails toom a while to get a reaponse, promised a call back yet nothing. Never heard from Jeff the GM coincidentally he has been put of the office this entire time, interesting. My biggest frustration.... they didn't notify me of an open recal.

I will never buy from here again

Shortly before the time of purchase, your Nissan Altima's VIN was run through the NHSTA website for open recalls. This paperwork was provided to you at time of purchase. Robberson Ford did not see your vehicle for service during your ownership. You started having transmission concerns and had at least 2 other shops diagnosis your vehicle. It was at this time you asked us to replace your transmission at our cost. We have responded to each of your emails in a timely manner. You have owned your vehicle for over a year and have put over 33,000 miles on it. You are outside your extended warranty by 9,000 miles. It was our suggestion to take the vehicle to a Nissan dealer or certified Nissan transmission specialist as they could better assist you.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!

We were searching for a used car online and had specifics as to the model, year and price. Robberson Ford in Prineville happened to have what we were looking for. We drove the 4 hours from Medford to Prineville to drive the car and it was everything that was promised. Mike Doolin was very helpful and knowledgeable and made the buying process so easy! He even came in on his day off to make sure we were treated with the highest regard. Thank you so much! We wish more car dealers were like this!

Great experience

No pressure. Ben listened to what I was after in a truck and presented several options both new and used. Came back the next day and he'd obviously done his homework. Had a truck that he thought would be the best fit and was the one I drove off the lot. Our negotiation was relatively quick and painless. I ended up with the truck I wanted at the price I had in mind and received a fair value for my trade in. The best car buying experience I've ever had.

The best car buying experience we've ever had

We drove from the Portland area to purchase the car my husband was looking for. Ben Eyart was very helpful from the time we inquired about the vehicle over the phone to the time we drove it to take it home. We were in and out in no time! We've just purchased a car for me from another dealer and the experience we've had was totally different. There was no haggling at all. If we'll ever be in search for another car, we will come and check Robberson first for sure

Robberson Ford experience made car buying easy

Buying cars from a dealer has always been a task more than a fun experience. No longer! We thoroughly enjoyed the attention each person gave us from the various departments we worked with and felt we were "important", not just another person looking to buy a car. There attention to detail, answering questions and going the extra steps to get us what we wanted was beyond compare.
