1 Star - Buyer Beware! JMP Auto in Fort Lauderdale is hands down the worst car dealership in the state of Florida. I purchased a 2015 QX60 three months ago and was promised multiple repairs as part of the sale. Not one of those promised items was ever fixed. I went back five different times, and each time I was given a different excuse. It was all empty promises and runaround. To make things worse, they began ignoring my phone calls completely. They made it seem like they would "take care of everything" when I bought the car — but once they got the sale, they vanished. These guys are crooks. They smile and promise the world to get your money, and then leave you stuck with the problems. Save yourself the stress, money, and time — stay far away from JMP Auto. This dealership cannot be trusted.

They will tell you anything to sell you a flood or salvage car and they will try to get your information without consent best way to avoid getting scammed is do not give your social security to a sale representative named JT something is shady about him.

Sold me a work van sight unseen. I relied on the word of the dealer and they misrepresented the condition of the vehicle. 10k worth of work just to get it back on the road.

Do not trust anything this dealer tell you. He will say anything to sell the car. He sold me a high-end car knowing that there was an issue with the transmission.

This place misrepresented the car that I put $3500 down on. They had me drive a different car that was identical to the one that I actually bought on paper. When they delivered the car after weeks it was floating in the water inside of it. I lost that money on it plus money That the loan place is after still, even though I never took possession of the car more than several days and I had them come and pick it up because it wasn’t drivable. This is the worst place the worst people I have ever dealt with I don’t care what they look like or how they come across Research them. It’s bad, it’s really really bad it cost me 10,000 and ended up with no car zero car they are shifty and crooked. They don’t have the best reputation as they are being watched constantly by the automobile dealership association, and the state of Florida. I don’t know what they’re waiting for not to put these people in jail. My story is one of many . .

I purchased a 2017 Mercedes convertible, on 12/72022 low and behold the top dose not go down properly took it back to AMP Auto Frank Baxter told me he would fix it by booking an appointment with Mercedes and has still no followed thru. I have called and text numerous times he will not respond back. Please do your research and yourself a favor and have nothing to do with this company

This dealership sold me a car that could not even run 30 minutes after I bought and they are giving me trouble about fixing the car. It took them 4 days to call me back and I called them the second I tried to drive it. Don't buy a car from them. I want them to make this right and now they wont call me back

Excellent customer service!! My salesman Roy and the sales Manager Freddy were so helpful. They really went out their way to help me. Great place for the best car buying experience, the environment was welcoming and friendly.

Dishonest advertising! 1. You’re advertising a truck at the highest trim level, when its actually a lower trim level. 2. Your listed price is $2000 lower than actual. They play a stupid game of “financed amour” after a $2000 down payment. So the price shown that everyone is using to compare is for the wrong vehicle and actually $2000 higher.
