I was skeptical about getting a Mazda but this is a great place to change your mind. the price was negotiated to what we wanted, no surprises no nothing.. Our salesman was so well mannered and seemed to show empathy for our situation. We really appreciated the help seeing as I'm no expert in the car department and neither is my husband! Highly recommend going here. Awesome experience!

DAVID CALLED ME, BECAUSE HE KNEW WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, AND I WENT IN. IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. HE WAS POLITE AND WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH, HE MADE THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WONDERFUL, WHERE I WAS NERVOUS TO START WITH. I WOULD AND HAVE RECOMMEND HIM AND PARK TO ANYONE AND EVERYONE LOOKING FOR A CAR TO PURCHASE.

Overall, this dealership is an okay place to purchase a new car. Ali Yoho was friendly on both of my visits and helped explain the features of the Mazda 6. She showed interest in making a sale, yet did not pressure me into making a decision. Unfortunately, the positives end there. When I decided to talk numbers, my trade was appraised at a very low figure. I ended up going to 3 other dealers and Park's offer on the trade was by far the lowest. They also would not budge off the MSRP for the car. These two issues made it impossible to get a deal done, and I was forced to go elsewhere. Ali seemed ready to make a deal with me, but the others involved in approving the offers seemed to have to interest in earning my business.

We had started to shop around for cars--we have old ones. Unfortunately for us...one of the cars died. A replacement was needed pretty quickly. Dave was very patient, was very willing to answer any questions we had about the different makes and styles of cars. We test drove several makes of cars, several times. There was never an issue with additional test drives. Dave was very helpful with out pressuring us about the purchase of a car. Absolutely would reccomend Park Auto and Dave Somerville to any and all friends. We still have one more car to purchase.

It was worth a 2-hour trip from Pittsburgh to save over $3k on a car (as compared to the same car available in Pittsburgh at the time). My sales associate was Dave Somerville - very knowledgeable and accommodating - top notch guy. I would give them a 5 star, but there was a snafu in getting the registration paperwork to me and a wasn't able to dicker over the price (gotta try - right?) so they get 4 stars.

Park Automotive is the place to be when searching for a car! My husband and I dealt with Ali Yoho and I couldn't recommend her highly enough. She provided true customer service and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She knew how to give me the information that I cared about and that was important to me. I would come to Park again and hope to find Ali there to help me pick out my next car! After going to several dealerships in the area, we finally found the right place at Park Automotive (Mazda). HIGHLY recommend this dealership, and Ali Yoho specifically. We were treated with total respect and never felt pressured throughout the entire process (not the case with almost every other dealership in the area). Ali had the highest level of professionalism and a genuine desire to find what vehicle best suited our needs. Within 24 hours, we drove home the perfect vehicle for our family. We drove from Cleveland to view a certified used 2012 Mazda 6 we saw on the Internet. Spoke to the salesman Shaun Swihart prior to our scheduled appointment, and he assured us that this car was super. Actually, it was everything as he described, well maintained and in excellent condition. This car is for our son, his first car, and we as parents feel fortunate that he will be able to drive such a fine automobile for years to come. Shaun and Park Mazda was able to deliver whereas others were challenged.

I Drove 4 hours to get my 06 Pontiac G6 gt 2dr coupe, It was definitely everything I expected when I got there to pick it up, my sales person rick was very true with me about this car, very very nice guy! He took it for a test drive to tell me how it drove, before i would drive all that way to get it! Everything was just so perfect, very Clean, and was affordable! I will buy from them again! Rick was very nice to my family, offered us water and popcorn when we got there from the long drive!! The customer service was great also, and the quality of work , from them detailing the interior and exterior was very good!! Spotless!! I recommend Park Mazda!!!

I thought Paul did a very good job of describing the car and it's features. He also had a good system of putting together the pricing that made the decision very easy.
