Service

Our salesman Justino id recommend in a minute.. As far as their service. Lots of smoke and mirrors..LOTS!! Took my truck that I bought there. Worse experience.. waited 6 hours and still didn't do what was supposed to be done..BMW of Sarasota here I come..

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!! DO NOTTTTTTT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY PLACE AND THEIR EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT TEAM OF CLOWNS! They lie to get sales and screw with numbers and deals and have insane fees and add-on costs and will fill you with a line of excuses all to make more money off of you and have a set of excuses ready to fire back...thieves at their finest. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE SCAM AND YOU SHOULD 100% AVOID BMW OF TAMPA...Morgan Group management is a JOKE and will screw you over so bad. DO NOTTTTTT GO TO BMW OF TAMPA. By far the WORST experience I have ever had, and I am not the only one. The Sales Manager Majed is a piece of work and is a master at screwing people over. ZERO chance I will ever do business again with this scam of a place and ZERO chance I will refer anyone...would not even send my worst enemy there....no one deserves that. STAY AWAY!!!

Erick Martinez was a pleasure to work with. I never felt any pressure to buy and he was very informative and pleasant throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend him to others and will be sure to get my next car from him!

Nice dealership, but lacks a good customer waiting area. Minimal snacks and drinks. Have to get those from the bending machine. Love the service department

I spent two days back and forth between various

I spent two days back and forth between various dealerships looking at SUVs. My last stop was BMW of Tampa. Thank goodness I stopped there and found my perfect car, thanks to JZ. He is by far the best sales representative I have worked with in my life. I had a pleasant experience and he found me the right car. He wasted no time and bested the competition in every area.
