Typical used car lot practices! ALL the cars have $1000 off already and they are giving you a “ special “ price. Problem is the cars are still overpriced and have some hidden other blatant mechanical issues. First they dare to find the same car cheaper, when you show them they blow it off, you show what fair market value is on reputable sites like Edmonds / KBB using the car ViN they also dismiss those prices BEWARE finally offered to go down 200.00 which they reput back into your tax title and license fee When you confront them on it they just talk in circles! Same with getting mechanical issues addressed! We were paying with cash and they try to weasel you into paying every last dime ! We ended walking out after clearly seeing they just kept talking in circles and wanting us to pay more then the car is worth without fixing the mechanical issues. I feel bad for the people they have swindled already I know people need to make money and I will pay a fair price for a purchase but will not get taken advantage off! DO NOT waste your time or hard earned money here!! It takes some time put there are fair car dealers out there, this isn’t one of them! Hopefully they can straighten up before getting run out of business!

Went in there to purchase a vehicle and put a down payment of $1500 on the car. I came back there to pay for the rest and they had sold the car! Without even notifying me or bothering to call to tell me that they owed me the $1500 back. They try to rip people off and thought they could just take $1500 from me and think I would just forget about it.

WORST PLACE TO BUY YOUR FIRST CAR!! They stole money from me. They pocketed more than half of my down payment. They also gave me a copy of somebody else's paperwork. On top of that they gave me an almost illegal interest rate. to make it worse , my car broke down 2 days after I got it, and has had nonstop problems ever since. ( they make you buy the car " as is ") I honestly don't know how my car loan is legal. but i'm looking into a lawsuit against Car Castle and Credit acceptance.

We called them Friday morning. Made an appointment for 2:00 to see the 2010 Dodge. We drove 1 1/2 hours to get there. The cars are parked in a lot like sardines. The sales man gave my husband the key and pointed at the end of the lot where the truck was located. All the cars are covered in snow. Even if we wanted to take the truck for a test drive, we couldn't get it out of the lot. Needless to say the truck sounded terrible. The engine was whistling and making all sort of noises. Safe time and stay away from Car Castle

Horrible experience twice. They don't check the vehicles they purchase from auctions before they sell them. Last vehicle I test drove had fuel light on and I had to put gas in it out of my own pocket so i could test drive it ! .I noticed they had to jump start it before I could drive it. They promised me that they would check it out before I came there a second time to look at this vehicle. They never did. I opened the trunk of the car and it was loaded with water. I said to myself what the xxxx.. the weatherstripping around the trunk lid was gone. The pictures were from a distance and man I'll tell ya when I got there how I'd been fooled. I can't believe how a car dealership could think they could get away with this. The do not check their vehicles before putting them on their lot and warranty lasts until you drive off their car dealership lot! Buyer beware!

People dont come to this place and save your money the cars are in bad shape the pictures do not match the real cars the people working there are nasty they dont know what they are selling! Bad experience for me i left and didnt buy anything i went to another place!

These are not used cars. These are abused cars. They place a copy of the Illinois Statutory Used Car Warranty on the passenger seat, which protects you in the event of major issues immediately after buying the car. The last thing they give you to sign - after you've signed everything else and all the money has changed hands - is a legal waiver of all the mechanical issues they suspect may be wrong with the car. They only inspect the vehicle to determine which mechanical issues they should specify they aren't responsible for in their legal waiver, including "Frame rusted through." Carfax reports will indicate repossessed police auction cars. Expect low oil levels with oil that looks like it hasn't been changed in 30,000 miles. I do not recommend purchasing a vehicle here unless you want to play with fire, and trust a couple with a license plate the reads "Wolf Duo" and tells their kid in your hearing "You just look out for yourself, nothing else matters."

When I filled an application on line I got approved for the a car 🚗 finance..When I got there it was different ball game. And the car's were not that good in person..none where the prices..I waited my Uber fees round trip of 120.00 and I got middle finger 😐..please don't go over there

I drove an hour jus to find out that the bumper was half broke yall gotta put the defects of the car in the description or take a xxx’n picture, all there cars are SOLD “AS IS WARRANTY” nobody wants them cars
