I received excellent service at Dick Norris from the time I dropped car off to the time I picked it up. I have been doing business there for quite a few years and have always been happy with the service. I would recommend Dick Norris to anyone that wants to buy a BUICK to maintenance and car damage repair to friendliness,. I have always been treated fairly and respected.

I have been very satisfied with previous experiences at your dealership. This must have been a reallybusy day. Problems with the computer in doing the recall fix. And although my car was VERY dirty, I didn't think the car wash would take almost an hour. I was at the dealership over three hours ( I was thinking a little more than two). My service adviser was very nice and very apologetic. He was working as hard and quickly as he could, it seemed. I'm chalking this visit up to an unusually busy day and Murphy's Law (what can go wrong will go wrong). I will plan on better (quicker) experience next time I was at the Clearwater location having my Encore serviced

I was there for a recall on the airbags. The service people are always friendly and willing to answer all my questions. The ice cream is a special treat.

From the very moment I arrived was treated with respect. Was there for a routine service and it went very smooth. My service tech Chaz explained everything and informed me of my options with my questions. Will continue to use Dick Norris for my service needs.

From the moment I arrive the process began, with the gentlemen taking my keys and directing me to my service rep. From there it was a few signatures and to the lobby for coffee. About an 1 hour later my truck was ready and off I went. Smooooooooth.!

I bought a 2015 Yukon XL Denali new in 2014. I have had regular service done at Dick Norris and couldn't be happier. I am always met by a service writer as soon as I step out of the truck. The service is well done and efficient. On top of that I get a visit from the sales person that sold me the truck. He just checks to be sure I am still happy with the vehicle and their service. A nice touch. Finally, most every trip either Dick Norris or Doug Norris make a point to stop and thank me for my business. This is above and beyond in my opinion. These guys are busy but clearly recognize the value in a satisfied customer. I highly recommend this dealer and the salesman, Bill Sutton. A true professional.

They met my price; my conditions and terms without the usually hassle back & forth. One slight negotiation in the terms of the lease but their financial man resolved it quickly. John Bruno was professional all the way. I don't usually recommend because it a good way to loose friends but I did in this case .
