Purchasing a leased vehicle

Multiple phone calls to try to get buy out quote, then wrong pricing given and was even told figures were from Hyundai. I had already checked with Hyundai !!!

Superior Service

While away to school my daughter called to let me know she was having issues with her car. After diagnosing the problem I determined it would probably be more cost effective to purchase her a new vehicle instead of fixing her older vehicle. With college tuition coming due it wasn't what I really wanted to do but the safety of my daughter took precendence. After deciding on a Hyundai Elantra I visited a couple Hyundai dealerships in Columbia. The first did little to assist me and offered very little off the MSRP and even less for my daughter's car as trade; however, when my wife and I went to Peacock Hyundai we received superior customer service from the moment we walked in. From the salesperson, Roman Chester, to the General Manager, Paul Cobb, all were understanding of our issue and worked on a deal to assist us in getting our daughter into a new car. The dealership is an hour and a half from where we live but when I go to purchase another vehicle I will be making that drive down to Columbia as they have earned my business for life.

Very Satisfied

I am very thankful and very pleased with the service I received from Peacock Hyundai. I had an engine installed in my 2013 Hyundai Sonata. The Peacock service team handled my service needs professionally and expertly. Chris, my service advisor, was great! He coordinated a rental car and also fully set my expectations for the service process to include when my vehicle service repairs would be completed. It was ready ahead of schedule! Thanks Peacock Hyundai for a great experience! I would highly recommend you to family and friends! Keep up the great work!

Peacock Hyundai works hard for your business

The GM @ Peacock Hyundai personably worked with me, took the time and compassion, made the extra phone calls to the lenders and saw my deal through to the end. He cared enough to help and I canโ€™t tell you how much I appreciate it. Jarrell Gibson was wonderful, very knowledgeable and great to work with. he even called me to make certain I didnโ€™t have any questions after driving off the lot. Go Peacock Hyundai! You rock!

Over all customer services

Simple oil change

Made appointment for 1st oil change, in and out in 1 hour and car was washed. No problems will visit again when service is needed. Surprised that 1st oil change was free when you buy new vehicle.

Poor service

My car broke down so I had it towed to you..My car was there for 3 days.The service personnel Adam was very rude..When I spoke with him I asked him to but all the old parts in the boxes so I could show my dealer in WV .He just put them in the back of my car and it cut the back door.. After paying 2089.00. I drove it home what a horrible drive I had. So it had to go back to the shop in WV.The right ball joint was so warn out .This should have been seen at your shop. So it cost me another 750.00 to fix it.I feel if your shop check things out before I left there you would have seen this and fixed it. I feel you should refund for all my labor and frontline service and for them to see what you all missed
