Everything to do with the purchasing of the car and

Everything to do with the purchasing of the car and financing went smooth. The car had to be delivered from dealership in Hilton Head South Carolina to my residence in Chattanooga Tennessee. When the car was delivered there was a large ding in the windshield. Dealership said that it was not there when the vehicle left the dealership and it was not their problem. That it was an Autonation policy not to fix it. What a way to ruin a good transaction. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER AUTONATION VEHICLE AGAIN.

Had oil change and total vehicle inspection. Very thorough—supported by video with commentary. Service supervisor (Emma) was very professional. I waited for service to be completed (about two hours) coffee was K-cupesque and “snacks” unhealthy. I’m spoiled by my home dealer in Chicago that features a coffee bay (lattes, espresso, etc and a variety of healthy and unhealthy snacks as well as fresh food. Ergo four stars. The service was exceptional.
