We stopped by “Off the Lot Cars” on Sunday, April 24. We had called before arrival to make sure they were open. Andre assured us that he would be open when we arrived. We were greeted warmly and with a genuine smile. Andre first showed us the car we had come to look at. Then we decided to look around the lot a bit. He showed us all the cars within our price range. We took a look at a 2005 Toyota Matrix that hadn’t yet been added to his website. After completing a test drive, Andre politely walked away so we could discuss our decision. Never once did Andre pressure us or try to hard-sell us on anything. We told Andre that we would like to purchase the car, but he needed to first replace the windshield (it had a large crack in it), replace the windshield wipers, and have the car cleaned inside/out. He agreed. We were headed out of town for the week and would return the following Saturday to finalize the purchase. On Friday we confirmed the car was ready for pick up on the next day. We arrived and found the car ready, just as promised. Andre had all the e-sign documents ready, and we were in and out quickly. Later that week we had the oil changed and a quick assessment of hoses and brakes, as we were driving up to New Hampshire. Our mechanic commented on what a great little car it is and in good condition. We made the drive to NH the following week and have been driving it all over New England this summer. At one point on the trip North, we got 46 mpg while driving behind our RV. We are so thrilled to have chosen Andre and Off the Lot Cars for our auto purchase. Andre was nothing but kind, honest, helpful, thorough, and a man of his word. We feel blessed to have been led to buy our used vehicle from Andre at Off the Lot Cars.
