My experience from my first oil change to today has not been good. Twice you have ordered replacement parts for me and twice you gave my part to someone else without notifying me and had to reschedule my appointment. This is my second genesis vehicle. You sold me glass coverage that really doesn?t cover glass. What a fraud!!! Because my crack is longer than 6 inches, you will not cover it??? If a crack is 6 inches then you would replace it??? How can you sell such a product for a second party??? Hope the commission you get off it covers lost customers? when I contacted your service department Monday we covered how big the crack was your agent pulled my contract, informed me a third party would be called in to replace it. Today he tells me you cannot do it there and I would have to contact them myself. I called them before leaving because I was confused on what changed only to be informed that the claim was denied due to be more than 6 inches. And your agent couldn?t tell me. In addition another person came in to talk to an agent because no one would return their call. This I have experienced over and over. The last time your company gave my part away I spoke with the service manager and was feed all the lines about how you were working hard to improve your service department. You still have a long ways to go. I have enjoyed my two genesis however this WILL be the last one I ever purchase and I?m at my 3 year mark where I normally trade in my vehicle but it will not be with Genesis this time due to SERVICE
