Terrible!

Terrible! They charged me $1,800 to “fix” an issue with my car periodically not starting. They ran “diagnostics,” replaced the battery, and even “updated” the OS. Labor alone was $1,200. The result? Absolutely nothing. The same problem persists, even after paying these clowns $1,800. And yet, they pressure customers for 5-star reviews. So yes, go ahead and trust all those glowing ratings. In the past, they would at least wash my car. But for the last three so-called “repairs,” they haven’t even bothered. Shouldn’t $1,800 for doing nothing at least cover a car wash?

I had an excellent experience at BMW of Rockville. My service advisor, Zachary, was fantastic—personable, attentive, and thorough in making sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. He also provided thoughtful recommendations that really put me at ease. The service technician was equally impressive, giving me a clear and detailed breakdown of the work completed and explaining the recommendations in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, the level of professionalism and care exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend BMW of Rockville for anyone in need of top-quality service.

I recently brought my car to BMW of Rockville for

I recently brought my car to BMW of Rockville for service. The service itself was fine, but my experience with the service advisor was extremely disappointing. There is a recall on my vehicle related to the brakes that requires a two-to-three-day repair. When I asked about a loaner car, the advisor repeatedly told me he “couldn’t guarantee one.” I explained that I’m a Realtor and rely heavily on my car for work, but instead of showing any effort to help, he became defensive and dismissive. At one point, he told me that BMW only provides a loaner “if it’s our fault.” When I reminded him that a recall is BMW’s responsibility, his response was, “You’re the one who bought a BMW,” as if it were my fault for purchasing their product. He even suggested I should “have my assistant drive me around or hire a driver.” That’s not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable customer service. I don’t expect special treatment—just fairness and respect. A recall is not a customer’s fault, and brushing it off with sarcastic remarks is not how a luxury brand should treat its clients. BMW is a premium brand, and part of the reason people choose it is for the service experience. This was the exact opposite. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously, because comments like “you bought a BMW, so it’s your problem” are unacceptable from any employee representing the brand.

Had an exceptional experience with Joel.

Had an exceptional experience with Joel. He was always professional and tried to understand what was important to me as the customer. Once I texted Joel late in the evening, and he got back to me within a few minutes. Ultimately, when I arrived at the showroom, he offered to show me the vehicle I was interested in and took time to get me comfortable with all the features. Once we got to the numbers and financials, there no pressure from either Joel or Steve. They encouraged me to make sure I was excited about the vehicle and then focus on the numbers. It was great advice. I was driving away in my first EV super excited and very happy with my overall experience.

The BMW service center is outstanding.

The BMW service center is outstanding. The facility is clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a great lounge to relax in while waiting. They also provide loaner cars, which makes scheduling service incredibly convenient. On top of that, the entire team is professional and helpful. Special thanks to my service advisor, Jarred, who went above and beyond to diagnose my vehicle’s issue and explain everything in detail. Top-notch experience all around.

Experience one hopes to have one purchasing a vehicle. Not disappointed. Patrick Yuen was enthusiastic, informative and proactive in all respects throughout purchase cycle. Car was ordered from factory and we were able to not only follow the progress through MyGarage, but it was delivered ahead of schedule! Entire experience was excellent
