I would like to thank Kenny Bunch and his team at Spradley Barr in Ft collins they were able to do what we thought was the impossible. Kenny worked for 2 months to get us into a 4WD vehicle that was in great condition and also that we could afford. Sadly because of a job loss last year, months of unemployment, and getting farther behind all the time our finances along with our credit scores have suffered alot. We had been to several dealers before going to Spradley Barr, heard all the promises, but es soon as they ran our credit scores we never heard from the salespeople again. The first time I talked to Kenny I told him of our situation, he was very understanding, and stated "He would call us back". Kenny was outstanding, it took some time but we now have a vehicle that we can trust to drive and is within the price we can afford to pay. Because of Kenny and all the wonderful managers at Spradley Barr I would never consider going anywhere else to buy a car and they have our family as a customer for life. I came in late and was a little difficult to deal with. Todd was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Napolean would like to have succeeded in upselling me, but he was very courteous and pleasant. Both gentlemen made my trip there, and my subsequent purchase, as enjoyable as buying a car can be, and I appreciate their inconvenience at having to stay so late without complaint.

I was very impressed with the service I received at Spradley Barr Ford in Fort Collins. Scott Hilliard was extremely courteous and professional. He found exactly what I was looking for and really worked within my budget. Never once was I pressured. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone.

My car buying experience with Spradley-Barr Mazda/Ford...
My car buying experience with Spradley-Barr Mazda/Ford was generally speaking, satisfactory. I was disappointed in the fact that I had taken time off work and made an appointment with the sales person person for 4:00 and was to meet at Spradley-Barr Mazda. Upon my arrival I was informed that the car and the salesman Kenny was at the the Ford dealership which was 2-3 miles away. I had left my cell phone number with Kenny so was disappointed that I did not receive a call regarding this. Upon my arrival at the Ford dealership, Kenny was not there to meet me. I had to hunt Kenny down, even though he was informed that I was coming down. He said he was still with a client that came in at 2:30 and they were in finance. Kenny showed me the car and sent me off for a test drive. He did not accompany me on the test drive. He also had a similar car brought in so I could look at that one also. I was somewhat disappointed that the car was not as advertised. The Craigslist ad said that it was almost perfect. In actuality the car was in a rather severe hail storm and the hood showed every dimple from that hail storm. Kenny said neither he or the sales manager were aware of this. Fortunately Kenny and the sales staff discounted the car substantially to make up for the flaw, which made it worth my while to purchase it. As I stated earlier in this review, Kenny said he did not make it back to the Mazda dealership as his clients were in finance. I understand as it took me over 45 minutes to get in and about 20 minutes to sign paperwork. I'm glad I didn't have to finance it as I probably would have been there another hour or two. One last observation was that the back driver's side floor was a sopping mess. Apparently when the car was detailed, they spilled a bunch of water on the floor ad did not bother to clean it up. Since this is winter and I don't have a heated garage, it will be difficult to take care of it as it is currently frozen. In conclusion, Kenny and the rest of the administrative staff were satisfactory. I think the people in their detail shop need to be reprimanded for not cleaning up their mess. Finally, they really need more people for the finance as a 45 minute wait to get in is really not acceptable.

Seth was very honest and an awesome teacher showing me how to use all the features in the truck. He made the buying experience a pleasure. We enjoy the truck. The oil change option is good to have. Service cleaned it up well the day they did the Luxcare.

Our experience with Spradley Barr Ford and our salesperson John Fischer for the purchase of our new vehicle was great. There was no haggling on price back and forth, we reached an agreement quickly and easily and were out the door with our new car. Both the salesperson and finance person were very helpful and curtious.

I had a great experience at Spradley. I wasn't planning on ever going back because both my mom and I had were less that satisfied with our last experiences there, but my mom decided to give Kenny Bunch a try because she'd heard good things about him. After her most recent deal, she had only good things to say and so when it was time for me to buy a car, I checked out Spradley. Kenny was extremely helpful in helping me find a car in my price range and even traveling across town to the other store to get it. I'm very satisfied with my purchase and will be recommending Spradley, especially Kenny, to friends and family who are searching for cars.

This is the second car I have purchased from this dealer and I'm pleased to say they are very good and a pleasure to work with. Sales person Kenny Bunch and the others who worked with him on this deal were knowledgeable, flexible and helpful. I can also report that Spradley Barr's service department is excellent to work with as well.

This is an excellent dealership. My wife and I purchased 2 new cars. 2010 f-150 and 2011 fusion. We couldn't be happier. We are a younger couple and usually get over-looked when stepping on a car lot until they run our credit. John fisher the salesman at spradley-barr started working with us the second we walked in. He was very patient as we had no idea what we wanted. Thanks again john!

Spradley Barr Ford has been doing my scheduled...
Spradley Barr Ford has been doing my scheduled maintenences on my 2008 Ford Escape for about two years now and I'm finelly fed up with it. If you have any issues with your car they will try anything to get away from doing the work needed to fix the problem. There is a known issue with the 2008 Escape where when a little water gets on the seat and dries, it leaves a white ring stain. The fix is to replace the seat pads, but after several phone calls and a month of waiting all I got was a cleaning which only hid the problem. On a different occasion I was in the shop getting one of the scheduled maintenences on my vehicle which required a tire rotation. After getting the car back and driving down the road a little waise I noticed a loud noise coming from one of the tires. I immediatly took the vehicle back to the shop to find out that they "forgot" to put the lug nuts back on my rear-right wheel.
