Wow talk about Rude ! I inquired on a 17 lifted Ford Superduty Crew Cab at this dealership, as there out of state, I get a text from someone and I asked about the rear main seals, the guy said it’s 10 feet off the ground bud it’s not gonna leak and laughed! I said they leak and lifted trucks have issues! I’ve owned plenty ! As the pictures that were posted showed even in the front of this truck was lots of oil splattered under it’ so I questioned that with no explanation from this guy’ he says do you have a trade I said yes a newer truck he said we don’t take trades , and then he says if we do we are basically excepting what we want ! I said for one I’m no BUDD ! That’s disrespectful to say to someone who would spend $47,000 on a used truck ! And 2 I’m a woman who has owned many diesel trucks and knows much more about them than some men ! He then gives a thumbs up ‘ very rude and unprofessional I wouldn’t do business if this is how they treat paying customers!

Would give zero. The salesman was rude, and actually downright demeaning, at me offering less than what was being asked. Rude, unprofessional and condescending! Big liar too! I purchased from limitless auto sales, they were flexible and kind. Went beyond their ego of commission.

Purchased vehicle and within a week it was throwing codes. Called Prime Dealz, they said not their problem. Took to Subaru dealer, they found the rear differential was not seated properly and the transmission is not the correct transmission. Called Prime again, they again say not their problem. Few weeks later, got stuck along the interstate on Christmas Eve, transmission went out. Called Prime, again... Not their problem. Terrible business! Stay away.

Awful experience. I would strongly recommend NOT wasting any time with this so-called dealer. We saw a vehicle online and drove 50 minutes to see it. It wasn't as described and had been in a front end collision. Once I explained that i wasn't interested in that vehicle the salesman turned nasty, Moe. He wouldn't let us look at any other vehicles. After I asked again and told him we drove 50 minutes he threatened to toe our vehicle immediately. While leaving he and another guy in a white tank top were aggressively gesturing to us as we passed by. Also, he was wearing an old t shirt and smelled. This place is awful and creepy.

Great selection of used cars here. We bought a Honda accord from them and it is a very nice vehicle. we will be back for our next purchase very soon. thank you so much guys.

friendly staff to work with. they have very decent inventory. my entire experience was just great.

I placed a $200 deposit on a truck on Friday telling them I was approved for a bank loan and would get the check on Monday then be back at 3-3:30 on Monday to give them the check and pick up the truck. They sold the truck in the afternoon and kept the deposit. The owner said I was a con artist. The salesman was polite but the owner got angry and called me a liar. He said I had no proof of them getting the deposit. I told him I had the P.O. with the deposit listed. He was very rude and mad. I wouldn't return to that place if they gave me a truck for free. I am contacting the BBB and the Va state attorney general's office. I have also used social media to get the word out. I guess they must be hurting for money to steal a senior citizen's deposit.
